I bought a size S because I have small breasts, but found no major signs or differences between the two sizes. in fact, the size is the length of the nipple and not for the breast itself: L has the nipple + long (indicated at the beginning of breastfeeding if your baby is hard to find the nipple and needs to hear something in the mouth ; used in the hospital and for the first month); S has the nipple + short and in my case helped me to release + of my breasts as it puts in the time of vacuum suction. after a while I managed to breastfeed without nipple shield.Great material I found myself very well and my baby had no problems.
